Tips for Success

  1. Tackle the grocery shopping with a list and a time limit; that way, you're less likely to buy the offers and unhealthy sections! Or do online, save time and spend the time doing a little workout
  2. Tired of eating your salad on a plate? Fill a whole wheat pita with salad and a splash of lemon for a twist
  3. Skipping meals can cause your body to go into a fat-storing starvation mode, making it harder to burn calories. Eat little and often . Think of your body as a log burner or coal fire adding more fuel to make it burn better
  4. Take a walk prior to lunch or Dinner, helping you burn off a few more calories and giving you a good mindset for healthy food choices
  5. Slow down there is no rush, don't eat your food too fast, think about what your eating and take time to sit away from your desk or workstation for meals , don't eat standing up if your a busy Mum sit down and enjoy and if possible pull  up baby's high chair and eat with the kiddies
